Tile Adhesive

Tile Adhesive is manufactured by National Industries Company(NIC) to the highest technical standard. It is used for fixing porcelain,ceramic,skirting marbles and mosaic on the walls and floors.

Compressive Strength:

100 Kg/cm2 (Minimum)(DIN 18555 Part 3)

Setting Time:

50% sticking after 8 minutes (Minimum)(DIN 18555 Part 8)

Tensile Strength:

10 Kg/cm2 (Minimum) ASTM C190(1985)

Flexural Strength:

35 Kg/cm2 (Minimum) ASTM C67(1985)

COLOUR

The product is available in gray and white colour.

COMPOSITION

Filler:

Graduated sandstone,maximum grain size 0.1 mm.

Type of Binder:

Portland cament

Additives:

Contains many additives to improve consistency,workability,binding and water retention.

TECHNICAL DATA

Coverage:

It depends on the width and depth of trowelnotch,bedding thickness and type of profile on the tile back.

Water Addition:

5 Ltrs to each bag.

Packing:

Delivered in 20 kg paper bags as dry product.

Storage Life:

Should be stored in a shaded dry place.
